First-Last-First

Wednesday night was my first overnight here in the office for work. :P Howsaboutthatgreenhills?? Blame it on, hmmm..Brian. Haha!! I kid. There was actually some glitch on the submission date of a report and I had to rush back to the office after gym to finish it. :P Tsk!! Toxic!! Haha! Anyways, Thursday morning I returned home looking like a zombie to the greetings of my very malnourished pet (haha!!) Choi Choi. Nothing special, I just felt like he's been MIA-ing on this blog of mine and he kind of deserves some special attention because of the love he showers me. Like they say, who needs a bf when you've got a loving dog?? Hehe. Fyi PETA, he's being fed well thank you very much. Paps just cut out his hair. :P Panget, hehe. He looks like a rodent. Haha!!

Bad hair day?? Hehehe
Thursday afternoon, since of course I had to sleep in the morning, I returned to work because it's Aaron Back's last day (from Gumi SW engineering group). I think he stayed here for about a month and I just can see that sad look in his eyes. :( I know working here with the technical people gave him that different perspective that working for Samsung can also be fun specially if he's the one who always reminds us to hush hush whenever our laughter gets out of control. :D Here's a pic with him and Joy. :)
After that Joy and I geared up for another one of those badminton dates of ours. Hehe. We met up with Greenhills FF friends Geof and Cathy and decided to have dinner first in JT's Inasal. It's my first time to hear of that place but according to the rest of them it's quite famous not only because it is owned by a local actor but because of the food as well. It's my and Cathy's first time here. :) The latter was so much giddy coz the open area reminded her so much of Bora. ;)

Joy was at first hesitant on dining here because of the uhmm, memories with her ex. :P YEZ!!! She's definitely absolutely and finally SINGLE!! Haha!! Hey, I'm not starting a religion here that all girls must be single like me. I half-mentioned about her dillema sometime ago here and I couldn't be more supportive for her decision. :P

All the chow down was of course burned by playing badminton after. Hihi. It's still bad the trainer with perfect cuts wasn't there. No inspiration. Haha!! Note: pics in the court aren't flattering enough and the author reserved the right not to post them here. Wahahahaha!!!! :D

HhuuuwaaaaLLLLEeeeee :P

Say it just like how he enunciates his name, Huuuwaaaaallleeeee.. Hahaha!! And for her lady robot, Eeeeeeeeeeeee-vvuuhhh. Hahaha!! I had so much fun watching this. :D Who would’ve thought that robots can be romantic too? ;-) Guys, won’t you take a look at Wall-E’s example?!?! Haha!! Lisa forewarned me that this is a tearjerker and I was anticipating that sappy scene to guard myself knowing full well how these tear dams of mine easily break. Yeah it was that ending part when Eve replaced already all of his spare parts and I quite expected what will happen so I surreptitiously raised a finger towards my right eye to prevent that drop of salty liquid from sneaking when all of a sudden I heard a kid blurt out, “Awwwwwwww, poor Waaalllleeee!!!”, interrupting my internalization. Haha! I smiled and turned around to look for that ADHD kid. Hahaha, just kidding!! Don’t you just love being with cute kiddos in the cinema?? :P But then again, Wall-E returned to himself, recognized Eve and they lived happily ever after. Hehehe. :D

I watched the movie with yet another beauty among my gaggle of gorgeous girlfriends, Michelle. ;-)

Woohoo!! I felt quite successful that I've been going out a lot lately - not to mention with different companies. :) But I have an agenda yesterday that's why I invited this girl.

She's the same one I told you whose Mom wants to uhmm, follow my footsteps. Yay!! Ahaha!! So I feel like ya know, be a good role model. But then I heard something from my brother that really concerned me.

The thing is, everytime we meet after Sunday worship, I update her on what's what with my life. I know what girls of her age are interested in: cute boys, fashion and that's normal. But sometimes I think I spilled too much especially on the uhmmm partying part so I was alarmed when my brother told me that she's already been to Emba!!

I was like "My goodness, she's just in her junior years in her college!! Who will the mother blame as the B.I.??" So I want to hear it from her since a review of most of the chats we have during Sundays revealed that I did the talking the most. :P And no I'm not the big sister reprimanding type, just your conniving funny girlfriend although I'm about 6 years her senior. :P

After a tour and introduction of some of the people around in the office, I updated her on the "lovelife dillemma" of some of the people (specifically my girlfriends) whom she just met. Yes, I intended to focus on the negative side since I want her to reach the conclusion that yes, it's better to stay single for now. At a very tender age of 18, she still has a lot going on for her. She can focus first on her studies and I know boys will just be around especially if she possesses that kind of beautiful face. ^^ Geese, why do I sound like a conservative mother here?? Haha!!

1.5 hour and a venti frappe later, with my voice now hoarsened due to the cold drink, continuous blabber and boisterous laughter, I noticed that she still hasn't opened it up to me. But I didn't want to force her. We went straight to the cinema as she talks about this shampoo that she has proven effective against hairfall. Uhmm, which is obviously my current dillemma. Boohoo. :,-(

After the movie when we're hailing a cab on our way home, we were talking about some cute boys and she briefly mentioned how she ONCE (whew!! thank goodness!!) went to Emba with her classmates. It was the end of their mid-term exams (again, thanksbetoheaven!!) and that it was with the consent of her mother (????). That was the only time that I was relieved. I just told her that I'm not a frequenter anymore (well, I really am not in the first place :P) and just asked her to be safe always.

Though I didn't experience it when I was in college, I think it's fine (but not really okay with me) to go through it once or twice while you're studying. But I trust her, I know she's a smart girl and a guided one. She'll make good decisions. I heard her utter how she's already keen on working - hmm, the same me years ago but is now wishing on going back to books than work. Hahaha!! So yeah I think the lesson here is for my motor mouth to be careful the next time(haha!!) specially on dealing with younger audiences. But right now I'm still worried if her mother thinks I'm the one who broached about Emba to her?!?! Yes or No?? Tsk tsk tsk!!

Cinderella-Ella-Ella-Eh.. :P

Ever since I saw Leah Salonga's The Journey concert in Channel 2, I've always desired to hear her live. So when Allen's invitation came to watch the Cinderella musicale after watching Mamma Mia, I couldn't say yes fast enough. Haha!!

Who ever said pictures aren't allowed in a musical?? Haha. From the furthermost seat in the CCP hall, I was able to "discreetly" take pictures of my favorite moments - the clearer of which were posted here. Haha!!

The grand entrance in the ball :P

The shoes moment:

The introduction of characters:

Ending song:

The pretty ladies: :P - who are btw in search of their princes as well. Hahaha!!

And our take away song: It's possible!! Right gurls?? Hihihi. ;-)

Migraine

è Created Thursday afternoon when I learned that the personal trainer I’m crushing on in the gym is already married and just had his baby!! He’s got these perfect cuts, the perfect arms in the world for me. Yay!! Haha!! I just learned the “cuts” term btw when I first played badminton with him. Well that’s really one pertinent info since I only think of chicken drumstick whenever I see his arms coz I swear it’s so yummy!! Ahaha!! It was just disappointing hearing about his status especially when someone informed me that he’s always looking for me in the gym ever since that night we first played. Hmph!!

è Was not relieved by late night singing in the videoke.
è Pinned me straight to the bed after singing forgetting about my night regimen.
è Has got me late in the work for Friday
è Continued until the end of the work day.
è Exacerbated by Brian’s questioning on his English lessons.

He’s been staying in the country for about 5 months now and I admire him for appreciating the Filipino culture. :) I asked him earlier if he’s willing to work here for good and he said yes. :D Another thing worth mentioning is that he spent some dough in order to speak English better. It’s not because of my passion for the said language but I do give value to those people who are continuously developing themselves. Actually I’ve been keeping tabs on his English lessons ever since he hired a personal tutor and recommended to change when I found out that the so-called tutor was not really good at all. Of course me being a wanna-be teacher someday would love to take her stead but it’s a company violation – moonlighting. :P What can I say?? The guy has already improved when it comes to communicating except for sometimes that he insists on calling me Kay-Shi. Hehe. Well it sounds pleasing to my ears though, I’ll let it slide. :P

And the sentence found in his book that had me explaining to him for some solid 15 minutes, “The doctor won’t rule out broken bone until he has seen the x-ray result.” Blessedly, after further giving synonyms of the verb (won’t rule out), creating a storyline behind the sentence and further illustrations on the whiteboard, I was able to come up with something work related for him to understand it better. “The RnD developers won’t rule out network problem until they have seen the debug texts.” Phew!! Well it was a symbiotic session coz I also learned about keeping things simple when it comes to teaching. :P Of course I would love to do the whole explaining, specially because I find him cute. Haha!! :P

Fred was there to capture the moments: :P

Anyways, more on the migraine,

è Persevered the entire time I was dancing.
è Relieved only when I went home and took medicine. In short,

Was solely responsible for not coming up with anything yesterday. Hehe. Sorry guys, will be your better blogger next time. ^^

Gurly Wednesday ++

What's up typhoon Karen?? Sorry but I'm not acknowledging your presence by wearing something typhoon-appropriate. Haha!!

When I've already decided for a dress on a certain day, no heavy rain nor flood can stop me. :P And we're talking 'bout public transportation here. :P

DVD Marathon on Tuesday night: If you really know me, you'll understand the lag for seeing these great flicks. Sorry but I have all the rights in the world. :P

Pardon the late reaction but after the lunch and the "other agenda" last Monday, I decided to rent some DVDs. Here's what I found:

Hehehe. Don't you just love Theodore??? Hihi. He's so adorable. :D

And here's another one,

Why that?? Well, it has something to do with the abovementioned "other agenda". Sometimes, I just really think I was born a masochist. Haha. If you wanna know more, cross your fingers that I'll have time to blog about it on Friday. Meantime, all I can say is - buckets of tears. Buckets of tears. :P

Lunch at Cuillere

Thank you Holiday!! Mike, Lisa and I were able to get together again. Lisa and I already consumed our last GCs (^^) at Cuillere in Serendra. I tested my camera before leaving. (Hahaha!!)

Like I told you before in my blogger's tour review, we'll be back here for their yummy carabao milkshakes!! Aaaah, so good!!! :D I swear, you must try them. :D

I don't know what to call the three of us coz ADDA (apat dapat dapat apat :P) is of course not complete without Xtian. Anyways we called him and hopefully he'll be able to join soon.

One thing the bibbo kids (aha, we're the bibbo kids) learned today is that Cuillere is actually the French word for Spoon.

But to our ever-curious minds, we wonder why there are no spoons in our table. ^^ Is that really the French way of dining?? Just askin'. :P

Anyways, here's another pic in the escalator. Hehehe.

Monday next week is again, another holiday. Hopefully we'll come up with some grander plans. :P Aah, I now love the month of August. Haha. But definitely not more than my birthmonth September. ^^

Celebration Part 2

Again, the outfit last Monday. :P (Still not over high-waisted! ;-)

Brian (our Korean RnD engineer) told me that my fashion sense reminds him of Victoria Beckham. Hmm, I didn't know the hadworking guy also knows something about that eh?? Anyways, right now I'm still contemplating if I will take it as a compliment or not. Haha!! But if that meant I'm gonna end up with someone like David Beckham, then why not? LOL.

Like I said, Mam arranged for a dinner and invited some members of the congregation as well as close relatives to celebrate with us on their anniversary. But it wasn't just a Monday ensemble coz I've got appointment after work and it was meeting my college friends. It's been forever since I last saw them - specially Xiela. The last time I saw her, she was very weak lying in her bed in the hospital and so happpeeee to see her back in shape. :D

B102 twin towers..hihi!!

The reason for the get-together is Plokie's return from Singapore. In Singaporean accent: Hey you Plokie ha, you look like a Singaporean o-ready. Haha!! Well, hers was just a short stay. We had dinner at Dad's where I successfully reminded myself not to gluttonize from their eat all you can menu. Wehehe. I had Buko Pandan overload though. Yum!!! Thanks for the treat Plok!! :D

Left:Bong, Ali, Joan and Plok Right: de Moi, Xie Xie and Tin

photo-ops with the free teddies when u avail their bottomless iced tea..hehe

I already gave them a heads-up that I won't stay long because of the part 2 dinner in our house. But it was still late (10 PM) when I left. :P Well, it was kind of hard to leave with all the catching up specially Plokie's funny stories on adapting the Singaporean accent, latest news on our batchmates (the getting married ones, hay) and questions like when I'm going to show up with a guy in one of our arranged dinners. Hay. Our next get-together: Mac's arrival (Xie xie's buttercup) from Singapore. Woohoo!!

I came home hurrying because there's one thing I'm really looking forward: the videoke. Haha!! My uncle lent his home videoke to us and I hope there's no more returning this time. Wahaha!! This is the time my Papa and I usually bond. Because in the family we're like: the last ones standing. Hahaha!!

See?? Well, you gotta give the old man his due right?? Spent long years of working in the ship with only that as the past time. He must've really loved singing. LOL. And see the hand below?? Caught in the act, haha!! I'm not yet done with my song and he's already reaching out for the microphone. Wahaha!! Now you know where the passion for singing came from huh?? But definitely the singers came from mi Mama's side. Hehe. Sorry Paps. :P

I was nursing a wish that my uncle would leave the thing to us after a considerable amount of time. When I say considerable, hmmm I meant forever. Haha!! It's been 4 days now and I'm just so happy I've been leaving really early in the office. Haha!!

A frustrated singer, I guess you could say so. :p Ah! Too much talking for now. I might've given you the impression that I'm really good when it comes to singing when in fact it's the opposite. Haha!! You can check this and be the judge. :P

Okasyon

Happy 29th Anniversary (Aug.11) to mi Mama and Papa. Hehe..ÜÜÜ
Last Sunday we had an intimate family dinner at SM Mall of Asia (MOA) - finally!! I've been requesting since time immemorial for the family to dine at somewhere "quite far" from where we use to go after church..hehehe..

The Story Behind The Dress: :P (Vain!! Yeah dude, whatever!! ^^)

Nothing really special. It's just that I bought this dress I think about 2 years ago already and I absolutely love the shade. Whenever I wear this, I feel like I'm Shania Twain in her video of You've Got A Way with my flowers festooned in my head and hair curled like hers. Aaah, she's such a goddess in that video. Right?? I haven't bought myself a maxi dress that's still all the rage this season but I don't think I have to coz it is already somehow a maxi in its own. ^^ Sometimes I can't help but be amazed of how I'm so fashion forward. Haha!!

So since I already saw earlier than Mam and Pap are somehow in pink, hehe. I decided to go for that shade..:P

Here are the church latecomers. Tsk, tsk!!

One thing that amazes me whenever I'm in MOA is that in the seldom times that I come there and in that enormous mall, I always encounter or meet someone that I know. I don't know if its because I'm that old to have met that many people or it's just pure coincidence.

For some reason, my Kuya was insistent on us having a quick tour in his office which is located in the mall. I don't know why but since Mama was quite happy with the idea, I had acquiesced to his invitation. Later I found out what he wanted to show us, it was his monthly recognitions sprawled on his desk. Wow, I'm proud of my Kuya. Hehe. Ü

We had dinner in Burgoo. Oops, not my idea. Hehe.

Oh boy won't you look at those faces. Please don't take it that we're not happy with the dishes. It's just the waitress taking the photo without a warning. :P

Another thing to celebrate that day. My brother's one page feature in a teen magazine. (Not that it's his first. :P)

Hmm, I just felt like I haven't got a reason to be a source of good tidings for that day. Can a person's utter gorgeousness be a cause of a celebration??? Hahaha..I kid. :D

Well even so, I know that my parent's wouldn't love me any less than my two brothers. :P A quick recap of my 24 years of existence revealed that I've been a good daughter to them. And that is based on my standards, haha!! As a proof, I went home that night around 9 where I continued doing my weekly chore of laundrying my clothes which I know helps ease the load not only that of the helper's but my Mam as well.

There was a part two of the celebration and it was held last night. Will post after some time. :)

OMNIA: Let's Spread the World With It

Mr. ____ of ABC 5: So definitely this is Samsung’s killer phone for Apple’s. Would you like to confirm?

Ms. Fe Varilla (Head of Mobile Phones): Yes!

Woohoo!! I love that moment!! ^_^

Why Omnia?? Omnia is actually Latin word that means “all or simply everything”. Furthermore, an Arab word of the same conveys “wish”. In short, Omnia is everything you wish for in a phone.

Of course I knew only of the “all or everything” word since we all heard about the prefix Omni way back when we were still studying. So when the marketing officer quizzed me about it and I answered it correctly the moment I arrived at the Balagtas function room of the Peninsula Manila, she teased me about hosting the third batch of the press conference. She said that the original host went back to the office and what with my dress and the audience for the third batch being all bloggers (meaning I can totally connect with), I can be a good substitute.

I really do hope that I didn’t give them the impression that I was ready for the event. Coz only the technical people knows that I went straight to the venue from home. When I told you I woke up late in my last post, I meant something really really late (like 10 AM ^^). The gym the night before gave me body pains and with minimal load on that day, I decided to consume yet another one of those half-day “sick leaves”. :P And that ladies and gents, is a short narrative of how I usually consume my leaves. No advanced notice, earlier preparations for something out of town, and absolutely no dates with someone special. In short, BORING. I don’t have a life. :P But I digressed. When I saw the text from my boss, I subtly finagled info from some of the marketing persons on what’s the set-up of the press con (coz I’m totally clueless) so I won’t come screaming fashion faux pas. Intuition dictates that I come in a corporate and the safest color however boring is it for some is black. :P I came hurtling through the different function rooms around 2:30 PM because of the bad traffic (read: WORST ever) in Makati. Blessedly, I don’t work in there. But then again someday I might. (Hint, hint. :P)

I would love to do the hosting but I don’t know why I’m being so adamant about it. I had flashbacks in college where I used to do it in my organization. I quickly realized how thick-faced I was back then. Hahaha!! But then again I don’t know how or why I morphed into that timid girl that I am now. (Mental note to self: must analyze the root cause. Hehe). So when I was joking to them about how I usually do hosting, I warned them that I have this tendency of talking in gay lingo something that resembles that of Rufa Mae Quinto’s antics. Haha!! When I was already delivering the lines of “Uy friend!”, “Todo na To!”, “Hellur?” to them (much to their hysteria, haha!!), I think Ms Yam (the marketing officer) suddenly had doubts. Haha!! Must I turn the function room into one comedy bar?? Haha!! Anyways, the real host arrived just in time for the last batch. I sequestered myself on the seats found on the back and helped myself to my favorite Mexican dishes served for the event. Yum, yum!! :D

No fuss, no hoopla. Those words best describe the event. No glitteratis, papparazis or glamour – just something like a business meeting. I feel quite successful that my dressing intuition served me right. ^^ But then again, why would we need those when the phone already screams for itself?? So again, I give it to you esteemed ladies and gents of the jury, the reason why it was called OMNIA.

- HSDPA (7.2 Mbps)/ EDGE/GRPS; Triband (900/1800/1900)
- Microsoft Windows Mobile 6.1 OS
- 3.2: WQVGA TFT LCD (240 x 400)
- 5 MP CMOS Camera with Flash
- Camera Features: Auto-Focus, Image Stabilizer, Auto Panorama, Wide Dynamic Range, Face Detection, Smile Detection
- Video multiple format support (DivX, Xvid, MP3/MP4/H.263/H.264); Video Recording with Flash; Video Editor
- FM Radio with RDS
- Audio multiple format supported (MP3/AAC/AAC+/WMA/AMR)
- GPS
- Touch Whiz UI; TV-Out; Bluetooth/USB/WiFi ready
- MS Office Document Viewer and Editor
- Auto-Rotation
- 8G or 16GB flash memory + external memory slot

With absobloodylutely loads of features all packed into that 12.5mm ultra slimness of a phone, my golly what else would you ask for?? The particular features I loved is the 5 MP phone with lots of settings (around 14 I think) and the whopping 8G or 16G of a memory (excluding memory card), this is already a good substitute for your digicams. :P Then again when I look at the features, I reflect on the statement above and found that somehow saying that this is the phone to battle against Iphone is an understatement. That Iphone can’t even be configured until now to send MMS!!! And did I read that it will be sold for an extortionate price of 42K??? The idea is so preposterous!!! :D Sorry for being such a brag about it. :P

Ok, pichu pichu now. ^^

wushu, Sir Rommel serious mode..haha.. ^^
Samsung peeps

witches turned whackies!!! LOL (Ms Fe, de Moi and Raine for CLEAR!! Haha!!)

Oh. My. god. I've never looked that pretty in my entire life. Hahaha!!! The night was still young when we finished and the team spent dinner in again one of those Korean restaurants along Makati where I wasn't able to escape that one bloody glass of that bloody Soju drink with lemon. Aaargh!!

Blame It On The Broadband Connection :P

Hello!! Is it just me thinking or is it true that some of you are worried that it was already Wednesday and I haven’t come up with anything yet?? Haha!! Rest assured I haven’t forgotten about this blog for me not to write anything and believe me, it’s also one of my worst fear, by eight million miles. :P So for today, I just allowed myself to give you an update on what’s happening and who’s or what’s responsible for MIA-ing on you lately. Definitely it’s not what most of you would think coz as we speak, it’s still

a. ZERO lovelife. Again, not that I am kvetching. It’s zero inspiration as well. Where are all these fine men??? I know, I know. They’re either (a) taken or (b) gay, gay, gay!! :P
b. BADMINTON. I’m not really your athletic person but this one, like dancing, is slowly turning again into one of my addictions – eating up my time and energy as well. Aaargh!!
c. BEIN’ A REAL GOOD FRIEND. As of two weeks ago, as in the day itself I posted about two of my friends joining me in ehem singlehood, another one asked me to welcome her to the club. The veteran herself (ahaha!!) is just simply doing her thing. :P
d. HOARDING. What with the nationwide sale of my favorite shops, you most likely know what to expect. Oh, Mango, mango, mango, must you really prolong this cathartic thing called SALE??? Please end it now. Puh-lease!!!
e. WORK FRUSTRATIONS. It’s actually the company’s anniversary today and unlike last year, I can’t come up with anything inspiring to write about. Although I know it will make another update to this site but I don’t want to come up with anything lackluster, like a potboiler for an author.

Yesterday, we held a press conference for OMNIA. Again, to us, it’s the SGH-I900 - our “finer” version of Apple’s 3G Iphone which was announced coming to the Phils later this August for a not so cheap price of like what was everybody’s expecting. As the name suggests, it’s your OMNIA (everything) a full-packed phone that runs on Windows Mobile 6.1 OS. It has the same form factor as that of Apple’s but definitely a whole lot better. :) (Happy Anniversary SEPCO!!:P – this is the already extent of my special greeting to you. Of course, I’m not such an ingrate!! )

Last night, my description of my dress was like this: yeah-I-know-there’s-an-event-but-I-am-not-that-ready-just-what-a-coincidence-that-I-am-appropriately-dressed-for-today dress (whew!!)coz it wasn’t sure if technical persons will be pulled out for the tutorial. But what happened was, I woke up late with a text message from my boss requesting me to go straight to Manila Pen for technical assistance. So what’s the girl gotta do? ;-) Actually, I kitted myself in the same dress as what was planned yesterday but I donned my stockings simply because it wouldn’t hurt. =P But what was exciting about the whole ensemble is my new accessory. I’d like to call it my piece de resistance. Ahahaha!!! It’s my new bag. Weeee!! :D Take a closer look. Is it Chanel?? Hardly!! :P And don’t even think it’s one of those things you find in Greenhills. :P

More about the phone, the press tutorial and pics next week since you all know who my dependency is: Kuya Manny our official photog. ;-) Happy weekend guys!! ^_^

Sing, Dance and Laugh

Straight from Body Jam class in Fitness First, Allen and I met Mike in Krispy Kreme Greenhills for a reunion. =) The last time the three of us met was about seven months ago, same place. We were four that time but of course we can’t expect the other one to be with us anymore. :( We went straight to Won Ton where Allen treated us for dinner. :D Mike you’re so great for subtly implying Allen to treat us. Haha!! :D

‘Twas a cold night and the rain just won’t stop. After hearing Mike’s alarming robbery stories, Allen and I both decided to stay until the morning to ensure our safety. We then headed to Starbucks for some more catching up. Allen showed pics from his laptop and it was just nice seeing those production floor machines again and some old folks back there in CV. Mike on the other hand continues to impress us with his technical skills from his current work. =P

Mykee!!!

I half-hinted about going to a videoke when I was still planning the get-together but I didn’t know the two will buy it. So we went to the nearest music room around 1 AM for a night of singing. God, I miss videoke!! Allen and I are not so over Mamma Mia yet (my apologies for spelling it with a single m last time ;-) so what better way to start the singing than with our favorite hits from ABBA. Hmm yeah I said something about not being keen on musicals before but I remember the same effect each time I see one: the MUST-HAVE OSTs feeling after watching. Hehe. Same as with Moulin Rouge and Dreamgirls, I was able to download the whole album of Mamma Mia and my oh my, they’re such pick-me-upper songs!! Oh poor Mike, he wasn’t able to see the movie so he wasn’t feeling much the music. But I bet he would love it like we do if he happened to watch it. Who else would start the singing than yours truly?? LOL. I opened up with Mamma Mia. :P I even recorded it. :D

I’m disappointed with my singing. It’s only about three songs and I can feel my voice giving up already. L Well it must be the extreme exhaustion knowing that the night before I played badminton from 7-11 PM (will blog in the future), the work that day, dance class in the night, lotsa talking and laughing…aargh!! The music room has this automatic recording for all songs and I didn’t have to replay the ones I sang to know that none of them are worth burning into a CD. Hmmmp!! Well, there’s always a next time. :)

Allen!!

It’s already 3 AM when we finished and I’m surprised to see blackness in Greenhills. I can’t believe that every establishment is already closed and we’re the only people walking around. I mean this is Greenhills for crying out loud!! As far as I know I’m not in Cavite anymore, in my old job. :P Oh well, wrong place. Makati is still better for night-outs. :P

We traveled to the nearest 24-hr McDo to do what else, but talk. Haha!! The two of them can just only make fun of me for seeing me so jaded they can see the heaviness of my eyes. Hehe.

goofin' at McDo

I reached home around 7 AM and I spent the whole Saturday catching on some precious sleep. :P
